Up at sunrise and managed to snag a parking space at the upper lot at the Bright Angel trailhead. Upper 20's this morning and I donned a jacket and gloves for the start of the hike.

The first couple of switchbacks of the Bright Angel trail. There was a couple ahead of me, one of only a handful of folks I'd see on the leg down to Indian Garden. I'd catch an pass them shortly, but they'd pass me back up on the Kaibab trail in the early afternoon.
